3. Payment and Refunds

Payments: All course fees must be paid in full before access is granted. We accept credit cards and PayPal.

Refund Policy: We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. To request a refund, contact us within 30 days of purchase at info@easytaxacademy.com. Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days.

4. Intellectual Property

All course materials, including videos, PDFs, worksheets, and software, are the intellectual property of Easy Tax Academy. You may not reproduce, distribute, or sell any course content without written permission.

5. Educational Disclaimer

Important: This training is for educational purposes only. Students preparing tax returns for compensation must obtain a PTIN (Preparer Tax Identification Number) from the IRS and comply with all federal and state regulations. Easy Tax Academy does not guarantee income, employment, or business success.

6. Certification

Certificates issued by Easy Tax Academy are proof of course completion and do not constitute professional licensure or IRS certification. Students are responsible for obtaining any required licenses or credentials to practice tax preparation in their jurisdiction.

7. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Download or distribute course materials
• Use course content for commercial purposes without permission
• Engage in any activity that disrupts the platform

8. Limitation of Liability

Easy Tax Academy is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the course.
