1. Eligibility
You are eligible for a full refund if:
You request a refund within 30 days of your purchase date
You have not completed more than 50% of the course
You have not downloaded the certificate of completion
2. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please email us at info@easytaxacademy.com with:
Your full name
Email address used for enrollment
Order number or transaction ID
Brief reason for refund (optional but appreciated)
3. Refund Processing
Refund requests are reviewed within 1-2 business days
Approved refunds are processed within 5-10 business days
Refunds are issued to the original payment method
You will receive a confirmation email once the refund is processed
4. Non-Refundable Items
The following are not eligible for refunds:
Purchases made more than 30 days ago
Courses where the certificate has been issued
One-on-one coaching sessions after they've been delivered
Third-party services or software purchases
5. Access After Refund
Once your refund is processed, your access to the course will be revoked. You will no longer be able to view course materials, videos, or download resources.
6. Course Cancellations by Easy Tax Academy
In the unlikely event that we cancel or discontinue a course, all enrolled students will receive a full refund automatically.
7. Chargebacks
If you initiate a chargeback through your credit card company without first contacting us, your account will be immediately suspended and you may be ineligible for future enrollments.
